Summer Whites

Let’s talk about summer, shall we?

One of my favorite things to do in the summer is pair white with white. It’s clean, it’s chic, and it’s something you can really only get away with a few months out of the year. You can do this by pairing exact whites together, but sometimes I love mixing it up a little. A little off-white or ivory next to a clean, stark white perhaps? It’s so fun and interesting to look at!

And that’s exactly what I did last night.

I found this fabulous tank at Nordstrom and fell madly in love. (I bought it in two colors because I just couldn’t decide!) Stay tuned on how I wear the black!

I wasn’t familiar with the brand, but loved the effortless sophistication of their products! Click here to see what else “Hinge” has going on, you won’t be disappointed 😉 I’m also loving this tank by the same company!  I love their lace detail!

At first, I was a little worried about how sheer the fabric is, but I wore a white bandeau underneath and it really did the trick! I also think a pretty and dainty bralette like this one by Free People could add a nice bohemian flair to the look.

I paired my tank with my favorite pair of white jeans– SPOILER ALERT: they’re from Old Navy and on sale for under $30!! Can you say STEAL? Also, for all my girls over 5’8”: they come in long and the length is perfect! Long legs rejoice!

When you’re going monochrome, I think a pop of color is vitally important. I could not take my eyes off of this super fun and colorful clutch and it was only $25! It’s the perfect summertime accessory!

I wanted to keep the color going so I added some fun teal tassel earrings that I bought years ago. I love how in tassels are right now, they add so much texture and color to an outfit! These earrings from Bauble Bar are currently on my wishlist!
